As an Executive Merchandiser at Reegals Sourcing India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in our expanding team. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing hardgoods export orders from sample development to final dispatch - Acting as the key point of contact between international buyers and Indian manufacturers - Coordinating sample development, obtaining approvals, and providing product feedback - Handling vendor sourcing, price negotiations, production planning, and monitoring order status - Maintaining Time and Action calendars, ensuring on-time delivery - Collaborating with the in-house inspection team for quality control - Managing export documentation and assisting in developing new product collections Your qualifications for this role should include: - Proficiency in hardgoods materials - Experience working with international buyers - Strong negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication Your ability to work under pressure, manage multiple orders simultaneously, and ensure compliance with export documentation standards will be essential for the success of our sourcing operations.
