Role Summary

An entry-level role focused on supporting media/site acquisition and tendering work. Ideal candidate is a careful reader of documents, patient when dealing with government/municipal officials, comfortable with basic liaisoning, and willing to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read, review and summarise tender documents, lease agreements, licenses and other site paperwork accurately.
  • Support the tendering process: gather documents, prepare checklists, help compile submissions and follow up on queries.
  • Liaise politely and patiently with municipal bodies, government officials, landlords and vendors to obtain permissions, renewals and clearances.
  • Assist senior acquisition team in site surveys and location assessments (visibility, footfall, accessibility).
  • Maintain and update the asset/tender documentation database with clear notes and filing.
  • Track timelines and reminders for renewals, submission deadlines and compliance actions.
  • Travel locally for site visits, meetings or document filings as required.
  • Escalate discrepancies, missing paperwork or potential issues to the reporting manager promptly.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Any Bachelor’s degree. (Preferably commerce, business or related fields.)
  • 0–2 years work experience (internship/field exposure in OOH, real estate, procurement, or government liaison is a plus).
  • Excellent reading comprehension — ability to read documents carefully and summarise key points.
  • Patient, polite and confident when interacting with government/municipal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Good written and spoken English (local language proficiency will be an advantage).
  • Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, email and Google Drive.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally on short notice.
  • High attention to detail, organised, reliable and punctual.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to tender portals or familiarity with basic government tender formats.
  • Prior experience in documentation, filing and follow-up tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹272,377.59 - ₹631,112.05 per year
