Executive Materials Management

**Job Description:** As a Store Assistant, your role will involve following and executing jobs according to the work plan prepared by the Store Manager or Store Team Lead, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for the movement of materials as directed by the Stores Manager and assisting in the issue/receipt and storage of materials. It is crucial for you to adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as supporting the Stores Manager in the liquidation of surplus and obsolete materials. Establishing and coordinating good inter-departmental relationships with a focus on customer orientation will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire (HSEF) guidelines and statutory compliances. **Key Responsibilities:** - Follow and execute jobs based on the work plan prepared by the Store Manager or Store Team Lead, strictly following SOPs - Carry out the movement of materials as directed by the Stores Manager - Assist the Stores Manager in the issue/receipt and storage of materials - Adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements - Support the Stores Manager in the liquidation of surplus and obsolete materials - Establish and coordinate good inter-departmental relationships with a customer-oriented approach - Ensure compliance with HSEF guidelines and statutory requirements **Qualification Required:** - Diploma in Engineering, preferably mechanical **Additional Details:** - Overall experience of 2-6 years in maintenance, E&M, operations, P&C, stores, or material handling - Knowledge and expertise in SAP system and working on web-based systems is essential - Skills and Competencies: - SAP working knowledge - Exposure to equipment spares, bulk materials, etc. - Knowledge of safety standards and upkeep/storage of hazardous materials and chemicals - Ensuring follow-up to ensure closure of processes as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLA),
