Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor and maintain
part-wise pricing
for all customers.
Follow up on
price revisions
based on variable cost changes.
Handle
payment collection (A/R)
and ensure timely recovery of dues.
Acknowledge
tooling POs
, verify payment terms, and send
Proforma Invoices
for tooling payments.
Coordinate closure of
customer contracts and documents
within deadlines.
Support
ISO / IATF / AS
documentation and face related audits.
Maintain accurate
ERP entries
for quotations, pricing, and payments.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Willing to
travel
for customer visits and reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in
ERP & MS Office
Strong communication in
English & Tamil
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Knowledge of
Plastic & Die Casting processes
Detail-oriented, systematic, and audit-ready
