The Team
Deloitte's Marketing, Brand & Communications team combines the power of Deloitte's brand with inspired marketing minds to produce envy-inducing business results. From events to social media to digital assets and execution, our blend of insights from our expert marketers and world-class creative talent produces attention-grabbing campaigns anchored in data-infused strategies. When stakeholders need next-level solutions that support their business priorities, Marketing, Brand & Communications is the partner that can transform big ideas into big impact.In this role, you'll contribute to the growth and development of Deloitte's various businesses and offerings as a creative leader and copywriter. Every day you'll use your skills to distill complex business and technology subjects, then collaborate with fellow creatives and strategists to turn what you learn into smart, effective campaigns aimed at business decision makers in the US.
Work You Will Do
- Work alongside creative directors to concept and oversee the production of bold, innovative, award-winning campaigns for the Deloitte brand
- Motivate creative teams to execute integrated, cross-channel projects that are creatively brilliant, strategically on point, and seamlessly executed, on time and on budget
- Manage the creative process and keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing the creative work your team produces
- Continually research marketing trends, strategies, and new technologies to find best-fit tools across all media
- Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy
- Inspire others, build a team that demands exceptional quality of itself, and lead by example
- Create and conceptualise distinctive visuals in a variety of media, including print, digital, video, web design, visual identity and style guide creation
- Maintain the highest level of design and brand consistency and compliance throughout all projects
- Be a proactive problem solver, communicate clearly, and have an enviable self-starting work ethic
- Use established project management systems to enhance collaboration, manage assets, and maintain visibility of project workflows
The successful candidate will possess
- A diverse portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to develop and produce campaigns for national and international brands
- The ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of colleagues and US-based stakeholders
- Conceptual and strategic thinking: You can balance creativity and innovation with business priorities and proof points
- An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change
- Lead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development. Coach others on their career development aspirations and facilitate new connections for your coachees to expand their own networks and broaden their understanding.
- Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in fine arts/ media/ visual communication or a related field.
- 14+ years of in-house or agency experience working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns, with a compelling portfolio of distinctive work. You must provide a portfolio with a minimum of six campaigns
- Ability to concept and develop outstanding creative with the teams you manage, then sell it to clients, and adapt at every step along the way
- A passion and expertise for managing talent. You'll come in ready to visibly lead with integrity and develop a seasoned, passionate creative team
- Excellent client relationship-building skills
- Fluency across the Adobe Creative Suite with proven expertise in digital, traditional, and emerging delivery models
- Ability to travel as needed
