Shift Timings

UK Shift: 1PM-10PM/ 2PM-11PM

• Facilitating training for Research Associates on various suggested areas
• Maintaining reports from the said training on each individual
• Monitoring transaction calls for the Research Associates and supporting the Language and Communication executive with queries on the same
• Maintaining and circulating reports of these monitoring
• Evaluate the Research Associates on the grounds of their overall behavior including adherence to attendance, punctuality, floor etiquette and teamwork

Skills Required

• Should have an excellent command over spoken and written English. Also, have clear concepts of intermediate grammar
• Should be able to connect well within and outside the team
• Should be able to cope with problems and unexpected issues and should have the ability to control and deal with them quickly and efficiently
• Should be able to work in a group professionally to make sure that the tasks can be completed in a timely manner besides working individually

Qualifications and Experience

• Experienced candidates (1 year and above) with a Graduation/Post-Graduation degree in any stream
