The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Java and related technologies, including Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, API, and SQL. Knowledge of Kafka, Angular, and React would be considered a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a solid background in working directly with clients. The candidate should also possess a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and agile software development lifecycle.
