Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.- Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to connect with prospects.- Explain product and service features to potential customers and address their queries.- Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies.- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns.Requirements:Qualification: Any degree.- Strong communication and persuasive skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and basic CRM tools.- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.- Prior experience in marketing or sales is a plus, but freshers with enthusiasm and the right skills are welcome.
