Primary Role :- Project & Site Execution for Turnkey Solar & BESS EPCM

Responsibilities:-

Manage end-to-end execution of on-grid solar projects (500 kW to 10+ MW),

both rooftop and ground-mounted.

● Ensure smooth coordination between office and site teams for timely and

quality project delivery.

● Coordinate site survey planning and ensure accurate data is collected.

● Review and guide the design team to align engineering layouts with project

and site requirements.

● Ready the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project.

● Optimize material planning to avoid shortages or excesses.

● Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and

availability of materials.

● Oversee dispatch plans and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to

project sites.

● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., DISCOMs,

government bodies) to obtain necessary permissions and approvals.

● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports and dashboards.

● Project progress reporting to client.

● Maintain documentation related to design approvals, dispatch schedules,

commissioning checklists, and compliance.

● Track plant performance post-commissioning and coordinate with the O&M

team to ensure expected energy generation and uptime.

● Identify and resolve issues that may affect performance KPIs.

● Build and manage a project control team that includes planning, BOQ

management, reporting, and vendor coordination.

● Act as the central point of communication between internal teams (design,

procurement, logistics, and execution).

● Identify potential project risks (delays, shortages, design conflicts) and

resolve them proactively to avoid impact on timelines or quality.

Skills:-

● Excellent spoken and written english language (not broken/hinglish)

● People management

● ERP/MIS

● Solar & BESS technical competency

Qualification:-

B.E. Electrical, Govt. of Gujarat Supervisor License Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
