Job Description:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote Hydroponic and Aeroponic Business
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach efforts.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Help manage social media accounts and online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to expand your knowledge and network within the agricultural community.
• Provide administrative support, such as maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and Organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in agriculture, Agribusiness and allied sector
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in agribusiness and related field.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, agricultural industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Business & Administrative Support:

• Contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Assist with cost tracking, resource planning, and inventory management.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support marketing activities such as content creation, customer outreach, and event planning.

Innovation & Projects:

• Participate in experimental trials to improve yield, sustainability, or system efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm improvements in processes, workflow, or technology integration.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
