Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including visa processing, ticketing, and accommodations. Maintain accurate travel-related data and ensure timely billing and payment. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring quality service and timely delivery of goods/services. Manage contracts and liaise with vendors for office-related supplies and services. Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and expatriates, including managing their schedules, travel, and special requirements. HR and Payroll Coordination: Handle third-party HRIS systems for employee data management and coordinate salary processing in collaboration with the payroll vendor. Telecommunications Management: Administer voice and data card services (e.g., Airtel) for employees, ensuring proper usage and billing. Office Car Administration: Manage the office car fleet, ensuring availability, maintenance, and compliance with company policies. Behavioral Competencies: Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and executives clearly and professionally. Planning & Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of responsibilities.
