Job Description : Essential Duties and Responsibilities Forge and execute innovative, forward-thinking digital ideas and apply visual identity standards Work with marketing and client service colleagues to develop conceptual designs supporting an overall messaging strategy Propose, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact print and digital collateral, including, but not limited to: infographics and data visualization, presentations, social media posts, article & Ad designs. Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions Work in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Desired Profile: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing for reels and shorts. Solid grasp of current social media best practices, digital design, and content optimization. Knowledge of layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding across print and digital.
