Executive Global Quality Assurance

As an Executive Global Quality Assurance at Polypeptide Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's quality assurance framework, with a primary focus on managing and maintaining global quality documentation. Your responsibilities will include initiating and managing workflows for global quality documents within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) to ensure compliance, consistency, and accessibility of quality documents. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating global quality document templates, managing global training modules, monitoring periodic reviews of documents, and communicating document status updates to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will support global quality initiatives such as quality agreements, supplier and material qualification, periodic requalification, and documentation/follow-up activities in the eQMS. Your role will also involve making necessary changes in the eQMS and ERP Master Data according to plan. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry and at least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role. Hands-on experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are also necessary for this role.
