Managing MIS effectively to track and analyze data for informed decision-making will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will streamline office operations using advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. You should be comfortable with rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support to field teams for smooth operations and efficient communication. - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing queries promptly. - Manage MIS effectively to track and analyze data for informed decision-making. - Streamline office operations using advanced Excel skills. - Execute manual order assignments to phlebotomists in adherence to established SOPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
