Executive First Mile Operations

You are Tata 1mg's ideal candidate for the position of Executive (First Mile Operations Support & Order Assignment) in Diagnostics Supply Chain. Your role encompasses the following responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support to field teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication channels. - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing queries and providing timely assistance. - Manage MIS effectively to track and analyze data for informed decision-making. - Streamline office operations using advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. - Execute manual order assignments to phlebotomists in adherence to established SOPs, ensuring accuracy and operational compliance. - Comfortable with rotating shifts. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in MIS tools and techniques. - Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Additionally, Tata 1mg values the following attributes in potential candidates: - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. - Willingness to work rotating shifts (Night: 9 PM to 6 AM, Early Morning: 5 AM to 2 PM, Evening: 12 PM to 9 PM). - Must be a graduate from a certified university (preferably in a science-related field). - Maintain a positive attitude towards the job. - Experience required: 2-5 years in MIS, Backend Support, Logistics, Warehouse, or the Healthcare industry.
