Key Responsibilities: - Ensure diligent financial process control for efficiency and resilience to growth - Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort by providing a positive and timely response to inquiries - Process journal entries in accounting software and update the General Ledger - Prepare Cash and Cash Investment Detail as well as cash reconciliations - Deduct and deposit Income tax, TDS, and prepare creditor reconciliations - Assist in preparing schedules for the Balance Sheet and support internal & external audits - Prepare papers for Income Tax assessments and liaise with banks and other agencies - Maintain and update various files continuously and assist in monthly closing of books of accounts - Prepare debit notes for various expenses incurred on behalf of the intercompany - Arrange foreign currency for overseas travel - Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders - Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, plan due diligence requirements, and best practice activities for internal and external audits, performing necessary follow-ups Requirements: - Proven accounting experience with capabilities in the hospitality industry - Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance department of hotels - Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style - Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for the hospitality industry - Ability to find creative solutions, offer advice, and recommendations - Personal integrity, ability to work in an environment demanding excellence, time, and energy - Experience in using IT systems on various platforms - Strong communication skills If you are interested in joining a team that values making every moment matter for guests and being part of an inspired hotel company, Radisson Hotel Group welcomes you to explore career opportunities with us.
