Executive Field Production & Procurement (Agri)

As an Executive FPP at our organization, you will be responsible for farm extension services, sustaining and expanding the area under Organic Contract Farming, and procurement of agricultural commodities. Your key focus areas will include ensuring that farmer advisory services are carried out effectively, promoting practices in Organic Agriculture through Contract Farming and engagement programs with growers/farmers. You will also be responsible for sourcing agricultural commodities as per the plan and parameters set for quality and pricing. In this role, you will play a vital part in the expansion of organic cultivation by increasing farmer membership and area under organic cultivation as per the targets set. Working closely with the team, you will develop and execute State-wise Business Plans to meet Key Result Areas (KRAs) such as targeted area, volume, buying efficiency, and documentation compliance. Additionally, you will be required to review the team's performance on key indicators and take necessary steps to ensure that the organization's goals and objectives are met. This position is based in Madurai and requires a candidate with a BSc in Agriculture and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in the Tamil language is essential for effective communication in this role.,
