Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will assist in the end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms including social media, website, SEO, influencer marketing, and performance campaigns. The role involves active coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely execution, quality deliverables, and data-driven marketing outcomes.

This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication to support campaign planning, content management, and performance tracking for multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of the organizations digital marketing strategy in line with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for content development.
  • Maintain monthly digital calendars.
  • Track deliverables, analysis, and reports across all digital channels to ensure timely execution.

2. Social Media Management

  • Assist in developing and managing monthly social media content calendars across platforms Meta & LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect campaign inputs, product updates, and key highlights for social media communication for the month.
  • Post receiving approval from CEO/ Sales Head and Brand Team, send brief to Agency.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, and audience growth) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, content formats, and platform algorithms to optimize social media performance.

3. SEO & Content Optimization

  • Assist in keyword research, topic selection, and on-page/off-page optimization efforts.
  • Review and coordinate blog topics, website updates, and SEO-related tasks in line with performance goals.
  • Monitor keyword ranking trends, organic traffic, and content performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to community engagement activities such as Q&A forums, content placements, and brand visibility initiatives.

4. LinkedIn & Influencer Marketing

  • Support planning and execution of LinkedIn content strategies and influencer collaborations.
  • Research and shortlist potential influencers or industry partners relevant to the brands audience.
  • Track campaign performance through engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
  • Assist in drafting scripts, briefing documents, and creative directions for influencer content.
  • Analyze monthly results and share insights for improving engagement and visibility.

5. Website Management & Optimization

  • Coordinate with the internal technical and creative teams for website updates, maintenance, and new page launches.
  • Ensure integration of SEO recommendations, content updates, and UI/UX enhancements between inter agencies.

6. WhatsApp Marketing & Chatbot Management

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly WhatsApp broadcast campaigns across business divisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content, targeting lists, and scheduling.
  • Test chatbot responses and suggest enhancements for better user experience and engagement.
  • Track broadcast delivery, engagement rates, and maintain communication records for reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Basic working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning new tools and trends.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in creative content, digital trends, and performance marketing.
