We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer to lead end-to-end product and packaging design. This role requires deep research, seasonal planning, and design execution that keeps us ahead in health & personal care innovation.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead product & packaging design from concept to launch.

· Work on season-to-season design roadmaps aligned with market and consumer trends.

· Conduct competition research & benchmarking for product innovation.

· Solve current product design and packaging challenges with innovative solutions.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, marketing, and manufacturing teams.

· Deliver designs that elevate user experience and brand identity.

Requirements

· Graduate / Postgraduate in Product / Industrial / Packaging Design from reputed institutes (NIFT, FDDI, Pearl Academy, AIFD Bangalore, Srishti School, etc.).

· 3–5 years of experience in product and packaging design (preferably in consumer electronics, health, or personal care).

· Strong skills in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, 3D visualization).

· A proven portfolio of end-to-end product design projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
