Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj finserv ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve Debt Management Services targets of the assigned branch, ensuring PI targets are met.

Meet targets on cost of Debt Management Services.

Ensure PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits on a monthly basis.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire Debt Management Services structure in letter and spirit.

Ensure Debt Management Services agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

People management skills.

Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Affirmative in nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thought, and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels; needs to be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
