Executive - Databank

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Database Management: Efficiently manage and update the company's database with detailed information about producers, suppliers, and their respective products in the pharmaceutical / chemical sector.

Software Maintenance: Utilize software systems effectively to ensure seamless integration of data and accurate representation of product details. Regularly update the software with the latest information obtained from reliable sources.

Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner to ensure that the database remains upto-date.

Communication: Collaborate with different departments within the company to gather relevant information and ensure that all updates and changes are accurately reflected in the database software systems.

Reporting: Generate reports as required by management to provide insights into the current status of the database.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in database management software and MS Office

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical / chemical industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
