Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should be proficient in Written & Spoken English, possess a Graduate degree, and have prior experience which is preferable. You will be responsible for handling inquiries from customers via Telephone & Email. This includes discussing with the Marketing Manager if required and answering promptly. Additionally, you will be handling inquiries from agents, discussing with the Marketing Manager if needed, and answering promptly. You will also be involved in preparing participant reports, operational calendar, sending & compiling skill questionnaire, and recommending learning plans to Ops. Another key aspect of the role is managing Logistic Bookings & Cancellations, which includes booking/cancellation in bus, train, Hotel, etc. Invoicing and maintaining records will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for processing Participant Cancellation Requests by taking cancellation requests and processing them within the stipulated time.
