Executive - Civil

Job Summary:

• Understanding the scope of maintenance, existing systems in the plant like SAP, Maintenance Software with necessary induction and training.
• Good understanding of drawings, standard practices, resource identification and utilization, contracts management, specifications for works, techno commercial understanding for Technical evaluation of vendors.
• Planning of daily activities from the inputs/requirements identified.
• Attending necessary meetings, Co-ordination with other departments for carrying out works, processing Permits.
• Delegating jobs to subordinates, work execution planning with best practices, Supervision of critical works, deployment of subordinates effectively to get work done with safety quality and cost effectively.
• Verifying and processing contractor and supplier bills.
• Reporting of works at different platforms and making presentations, facilitating audits, etc.
• Preparation of department budgets and Bill of Quantities for up coming jobs.
• Co-ordination with the operation department for getting permit to work (PTW)
• Preparation of method statement and Risk Assessment sheet and verifying control checklist before starting of any job.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, measurement sheets, work register, etc
• To ensure that the civil maintenance activity complies with the standards laid down for Quality, Health and Safety Management System, Environmental Sustainability, energy conservation and asset management.

Qualification | Experience | Skills:

• Degree in Civil Engineering with knowledge of Auto cad.
• Sound knowledge of MS office Excel, Word, PPT.
• Experience of 2 to 5 years in reputed Company / industry for Maintenance / projects
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; knowledge of construction materials and techniques; ability to manage works independently ensuring cost-effectiveness; and proficiency in using relevant software and equipment.
