Executive – CA Inter Qualified

About the Role

We are seeking a CA Inter Qualified Executive to join our finance & accounts team. The role involves managing core accounting functions, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting audits while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and ERP/automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA Inter Qualified (Mandatory).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes

• Exposure to corporate finance, statutory audit, or compliance.
• Experience in educational institutions / corporate groups (added advantage).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
