Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for preparing and sending business quotations, coordinating with prospective clients, following up on submitted quotations, and converting business enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements and project specifications.

* Send quotations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.

* Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

* Coordinate with internal teams to collect project details and pricing information.

* Respond to client enquiries and provide necessary clarifications.

* Maintain records of quotations, client enquiries and follow-up activities.

* Track pending quotations and ensure timely client communication.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or quotation management.

* Experience in preparing and managing business quotations and proposals.

* Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

* Ability to understand client requirements and prepare accurate quotations.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.

* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and quotations simultaneously.

* Detail-oriented, organised and target-driven.

Salary

As per industry standards, depending on experience and skill set.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
