Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Track and prioritize tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Screen calls, emails, and messages, responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
  • Organize and attend executive meetings; take minutes and summarize key action points.
  • Assist in strategic planning, research, and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Support personal tasks for the CEO as needed.
  • Manage and update company and client websites, including content uploads, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with web developers as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
