About the job: We are looking for a smart and ambitious fresher to work directly with the founder on strategic projects, operations, esports initiatives and international business. This is an entry-level role, but it offers deep exposure to startup growth, leadership, and execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing the founder's schedule, meetings and key action items. 2. Support project execution across esports, export and media divisions. 3. Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders. 4. Create presentations, proposals, reports and documentation. 5. Manage tasks using productivity tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace, etc.). 6. Conduct research and provide insights on various business topics.
