Job Summary We are looking for a highly proactive, and resourceful Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and personal productivity. This role involves a combination of executive assistance, project coordination, communication support, and research — serving as a trusted partner to the founder and helping execute key priorities across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders. Track action items, priorities, and deadlines across multiple workstreams. Conduct research, prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports. Assist in drafting communication (emails, memos, decks) for internal and external use. Support project management and execution of key strategic initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Take meeting notes, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Handle ad hoc tasks and personal assistance requirements, as needed. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Candidates will be preferred if 1–3 years of experience in business coordination role . Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace High level of discretion, adaptability, and professionalism.
