Handling customer grievances and compliments, Ideas for updating of Website, Apps, Backend. Coordinating with Sister companies and their staff and Directors. Executing the vision of Directors and pushing the right doors to get it done quickly and efficiently without over involving other. Recruitment aid in being a filter before Director Interview round, CTC and work profile negotiation, Screening potential sites like LinkedIn, FB, Naukri etc. to find best talent and retain them. Summary report post due diligence to be sent to Director for their approval for Round 2. Electronic device purchase, and working with IT team to conclude matter if any damage found or any IT/HR policy breached by anyone. Coordination with vendors including (but not limited to): Negotiation and Contract/ Scope vetting, Giving ideas for Scope/Contract to protect company interest. Finding potential players, Categorizing them in L1, L2... T1, T2 ... Sharing Working progress to stakeholders, reminders to stakeholder of pending task and meeting given deadline and vouching and verifying all things prior to Director seeing it. Getting changes/incomplete things done inside and outside organization with utmost diplomacy and tact. Representing Director in Internal and External meeting, getting their point across even in their absence and getting the work done and closing deals as per their expectation with minimal Director involvement. Oversee the activities of teams/departments, ensure their smooth working and, compliance of company policies. Motivate, train and develop employees and ensure they are on track to achieve companys objectives and goals. Responsible for Directors Documents related Projects, MIS, MOM etc. which includes study, analyze and prepare final summary and brief to Directors on timely basis Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing, resolving conflicts & hurdles with internal and external clients Prepare internal and external corporate documents for Director and team members Schedule meetings and appointments Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Responsible for Directors all Documentation Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Responsible for Directors timely payment such as Credit Card, Phone etc. Make travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries.
