Next Angle Design Studio is a growing architectural and interior design firm based in Ambattur. We handle residential, commercial, and retail projects with a focus on creativity, quality, and timely delivery. We are looking for a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support our daily operations, client coordination, and project follow-ups.

Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Director/Architect, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, project follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a professional environment and be part of a fast-paced creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with daily tasks, schedules, and project planning
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal team
• Prepare and maintain project documents, follow-up lists, and reports
• Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
• Manage appointments, meetings, and reminders
• Maintain records of project progress and material requirements
• Support in basic accounting entries, purchase orders, and billing follow-ups
• Ensure smooth office operations and provide admin support as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Any degree (Business Administration, Architecture/Design background is a plus)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to handle follow-ups and deadlines
• Proactive, responsible, and willingness to learn
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
