We have openings for Accounting & Financial Operations in Vizag Inorbit Mall.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Taxation professional to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, tax filings, and financial reporting at Vizag Inorbit Mall. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Indian taxation laws (both direct and indirect), TDS, GST, and a good understanding of retail or real estate accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS
• TB Scrutiny and Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account with schedules and notes to accounts for the Mall segment- quarterly/half yearly/annually.
• Preparing annexures for Tax Audit.
• Verifying and Booking of vendor bills and making payments.
• Making monthly TDS payment and filing of quarterly Income tax TDS returns
• Knowledge of GST, should be able to file GST returns
• Handling of other statutory compliances
• Asset Accounting and Maintaining Fixed Asset register in SAP and ensuring reconciliation with Physical verification of assets.
• Checking of Revenue Billing done with the agreements / term sheet in Place. Report if there is any error and correct in same month
• Addressing Internal and Statutory audit queries in time
• Generating various MIS Reports (from SAP) to facilitate Management Decision

Key Skills and Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
• 5 + Years experience in Accounts with knowledge of applicable tax laws and strong accounting background (experience in malls/retail/hospitality sector preferred)
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
