You will be responsible for end to end accounting and reconciliation. Also ensure that it accurately reflects production environment Communicate and report all environment delivery related issues and progress to the Programme QA Managers Test Managers Project Managers Take ownership for issues and escalations which arise as a result of test environment and test data delivery and see them through to a satisfactory resolution Manage any incidents of poor environment performance to continually improve testing deliverables. Understand best practice and drive the activity of quality assurance across IT to focus on and balance the needs of the customer. Manage Test environment bookings and schedule clashes driven by project timescale slippage.
