Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth & Development Manager to join our growing sales team. This is a target-driven role where you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building long-term relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to final closure. Client Prospecting & Online Outreach • Research and prospect clients using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms by reviewing profiles, identifying potential leads, and connecting with key decision-makers. • Engage with prospects by sending personalized connection requests and messages to introduce Execlient’s services and explore their business needs. • Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and Instagram to build relationships, share insights, and generate interest in Execlient's offerings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, PR professionals, and potential clients to create new business opportunities. • Actively engage with your network through content sharing, comments, and direct messaging to initiate conversations and generate leads. 2. Proposal Preparation & Sales Pitching • Based on client needs and conversations, prepare custom proposals that address their specific challenges, showing how Execlient’s solutions can solve their problems. • Work closely with the design and technical teams to incorporate key elements of Execlient’s services into proposals. • Create presentation decks using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Gamma for compelling and visually appealing sales pitches. • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects, clearly explaining the benefits of Execlient’s services and how they align with their business goals. • Actively follow up on proposals sent to ensure timely responses from prospects and keep the momentum going until the deal is closed. 3. Social Media Management & Lead Generation • Post alternate on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to raise awareness about Execlient’s services and attract potential clients. • Create and share content that showcases Execlient’s latest work, case studies, and successes to engage the audience and generate new leads. • Update social media channels regularly with new case studies, client testimonials, and successful project outcomes to showcase Execlient’s expertise and generate organic leads. • Leverage your social media presence to engage with decision-makers, build relationships, and generate leads through direct messaging, posts, and content engagement. 4. Client Relationship Management & Collaboration • Build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Regularly check in with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell additional Execlient services, keeping the lines of communication open and proactive. • Collaborate with PR people and industry experts to build a robust contact list, ensuring that Execlient’s name is top-of-mind when new opportunities arise. • Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and being the primary point of contact throughout the sales process. 5. Performance Marketing Industry Focus • Cracking the Performance Marketing Industry: - We are targeting the performance marketing industry as an area of growth for Execlient. While we are already working with businesses within this industry, we are eager to expand further and secure more projects within this space. - Leverage your knowledge and understanding of performance marketing to actively pursue and close deals with businesses in this industry, showing them that Execlient can successfully deliver these types of projects. - Understand the market trends in performance marketing and communicate how Execlient’s solutions can deliver measurable success for businesses in this space. 6. Payment Follow-ups • Proactively manage payment follow-ups with clients, ensuring that payments are received in a timely manner without causing friction in the relationship. • Work closely with the accounts team to address any payment issues and ensure smooth cash flow. 7. Reporting & Task Submission • Submit end-of-day reports to your Sales Manager, summarizing the calls made, meetings conducted, proposals sent, and deals closed. • Ensure that all tasks, appointments, and interactions are logged in the CRM to maintain transparency and accountability. • Keep track of daily and weekly performance metrics, ensuring alignment with monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills: • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to effectively convey messages and build relationships. • Research and Analysis Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. • Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: Ability to negotiate deals and persuade clients to engage with the company. • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles and financial concepts. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies. • Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects effectively and on time. Key Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals. • Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools like Gamma. • Sales Focus: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach and strong negotiation skills. • Travel: Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR to meet clients if required. • Tech Savvy: Understanding of performance marketing strategies, social media management, and CRM tools.
