Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Exe. FB Controls specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage controls, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As an Exe. FB Controls specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective food and beverage control systems to ensure product quality and consistency.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in food and beverage production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to food and beverage quality and safety.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize food and beverage production operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to food and beverage production.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on food and beverage control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage controls, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
