Key Responsibilities:

Process health insurance claims and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
Provide support to members regarding policy coverage, billing issues, and provider networks
Coordinate with healthcare providers, internal departments, and third-party administrators
Perform eligibility verification and enrollment updates
Assist with prior authorizations, appeals, and denials when applicable
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate (any stream)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
