Essential - CA/MBA(Finance) Relevant experience in Financial Services/ Exchange Knowledge of statutory requirements applicable to the financial markets Key Responsibilities : Monitor and review trading activity to detect potential market manipulation, insider trading, and other regulatory violations. Analyze large data sets from trading systems to identify unusual trading patterns and escalate findings appropriately. Prepare and maintain structured MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and regulatory use. Assist in the design and implementation of effective surveillance controls and alerts. Stay updated on statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to financial markets (e.g., SEBI, RBI, Exchange regulations). Coordinate with compliance, legal, and trading teams to enhance surveillance workflows.
