1. Top Gating Material Tracking 2. Ensure CTB/MIL Update accuracy for all projects 3. Demand Analysis for all projects (MPS, BP, Input & Capacity) 4. CTB & BR BOH Reset 5. Other Plant & OEM Transfer Analysis 6. Excess Analysis 7. Daily customer relationship maintenance to ensure zero customer complaints; 8. Reasonable stock inventory monitoring of raw materials; ensure that there is no sluggishness of HH responsibility; 9. Regularly train and assess the mastery of internal employees, and regularly organize work activities to enhance team cohesion. 10. Regularly review employee growth and business saturation to match the individual capabilities of employees, and reasonably allocate team business to ensure the healthy growth of the team. 11. Ensure the 100% MRP & CTB Team actvities 12. NPI MC Process followup activities 13. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing 14. Logical and sensitive to numbers 15. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit 16. Strong stress resistance and excellent communication skills 17. Have a global view in every activity
