SAP Training Developer / Instructional Designer

Position Overview

SAP Training Developer / Instructional Designer

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience creating

  eLearning courses

  using tools like

  Articulate Rise

  and

  SAP EnableNow

• Solid understanding of

  LMS publishing

  and

  SAP business processes

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging end-user training content for SAP modules, including

  ILT

  ,

  eLearning

  , and

  job aids

• Create eLearning modules using

  Articulate Rise

  and

  EnableNow simulations

  , incorporating adult learning and UX principles
• Organize and maintain training materials aligned to

  role-based learning paths

  and

  curriculum

• Upload and manage training content in a

  Learning Management System (LMS)

  (e.g.,

  SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP LSO

  )
• Collaborate with

  SMEs

  ,

  business process leads

  , and

  functional teams

  to translate complex SAP processes into clear instructional materials
• Reuse and adapt

  EnableNow simulations

  to support

  QRGs, ILTs

  , and post-go-live support content
• Participate in

  content review cycles

  and incorporate feedback promptly
• Follow established

  templates and branding guidelines

  for consistent delivery
• Track development progress and support status reporting using

  project tools

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years

  of experience in instructional design, technical training, or SAP-related training development
• Hands-on experience developing

  eLearning using Articulate Rise

  and

  SAP EnableNow

• Familiarity with

  SAP ECC or S/4HANA

  business processes (e.g.,

  PTP, OTC, EAM, MM, FI

  )
• Experience publishing and delivering courses via a

  Learning Management System (LMS)

• Strong

  writing and content structuring skills

  with attention to instructional clarity
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while meeting tight deadlines
  
• Strong

  collaboration and communication skills

  when working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on

  SAP implementation or transformation projects

• Knowledge of

  training development lifecycle

  in large-scale enterprise projects
• Experience in a

  blended learning environment

  (ILT, VILT, eLearning, simulations)
• Familiarity with tools like

  Storyline

  ,

  Vyond

  ,

  Canva

  , or

  Snagit

  is a plus
