Collaborating with product managers, developers, and customer support teams, you will ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to a wide range of users, from technical professionals to end-users. Your responsibilities will include creating, editing, and maintaining various types of documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help content for our ERP software. Additionally, you will develop training materials like video scripts, knowledge base articles, and quick-start guides. Working closely with different teams, you will gather technical information and transform it into user-friendly content that aligns with industry standards and best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of technical writing experience. Strong communication skills, the ability to cater to both technical and non-technical audiences, and proficiency in documentation and video creation tools are essential. Basic programming knowledge, excellent interviewing skills, and attention to detail are also key requirements. Familiarity with content management systems and e-learning platforms will be advantageous.
