Role & responsibilities The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business and building the regions growth strategy by selling Camera Products through channel partners. The role includes developing a sales plan for the assigned territory by creating a channel blueprint- market reach, expansion and consolidation. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build strong relationships with channel partners. Regularly engage through partner meetings, joint business planning, and performance reviews. Ensure brand presence at retail counters, implement in-shop branding, and conduct product demos and promotional campaigns. Build Competencies in the partners to handle the existing potential as well as new emerging opportunities in the Marketplace. Carry out Product and Sales Training Programs to ensure adequate capability of the Partner's Sales Force. BTL Activities in the form of events/Live weddings and Live demos to increase the market share. Experience in motivating & monitoring dealer sales force. Well-versed in target setting for dealers and ability to convince dealer owners. Monitor stock availability and movement at distributors and retailers. Ensure timely collection of payments and credit discipline. Gather market insights including competitor activity, pricing, and new product trends. Share timely inputs with the product and marketing teams. Work closely with the marketing, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Selling Camera Products through Chanel Sales ensuring healthy partner relationships through regular engagement. Achieving Targeted Sales and Revenue, Increasing market share for Camera products. Product skill especially Photography. Training and Execution of BTL activities in the region. Should have excellent communication skills, articulation, and ability to influence people. Other than the Salary mentioned other benefits applicable as per the Company Policy.
