As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for executing the daily production plan in alignment with production orders. You will need to ensure that materials are issued from the respective stores, guide the workforce to maximize production output, and obtain line clearance from the IPQA department. It will be your duty to inform IPQA for inspections at various stages, record all process steps accurately in the relevant documents, and visually verify the completion of product manufacturing as per the production order. Additionally, you will be required to maintain cleanliness in the work area, follow SOPs for document submission to respective departments, and ensure the correct use of materials and labels. To excel in this role, you should possess 0-3 years of experience in a similar position, have the ability to follow and implement instructions effectively, and be capable of managing workers efficiently. A proactive attitude, excellent aptitude, and strong communication skills in English are essential for this position.
