Job Title: Senior Architect Location: South Delhi About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join the practice of an esteemed South Delhi–based architect known for delivering multiple high-end residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for an architect with strong design leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, planning, and execution of residential and commercial projects. Develop and present design concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality, design intent, and compliance with approvals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns. Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and sustainable practices to integrate into projects. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 6–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Proven track record of handling residential and commercial projects independently. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and innovation. Excellent leadership, client-handling, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
