As an HR Recruiter and Operations Executive based in Nagercoil, your primary responsibilities will include writing and posting job ads on various platforms, reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial calls. Your role will also involve improving workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, providing support to different departments, managing vendors and contracts, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports for management, and resolving operational issues. Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and company policies, as well as finding ways to minimize expenses without compromising quality, are crucial aspects of this position.
