You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology to streamline reporting, enhance data visibility, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust Excel VBA macros to automate manual workflows and reporting processes.
• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards that provide real-time insights into operational and financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate data from various sources (Excel, SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs) into Power BI for unified reporting.
• Optimize existing Excel tools and Power BI reports for performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with BCE's data governance standards.
• Document solutions and provide training/support to end users as needed.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on experience in Excel VBA development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience integrating Excel and Power BI with enterprise data sources.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with Power Automate or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to telecom or enterprise operations is a plus.
