Your duties will include assisting in bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies, as well as helping in closing entries and adjustments. You will also be involved in preparing documentation for external audits. Utilizing accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books will be a key part of your role. It will be crucial for you to ensure proper data entry and maintain organized financial records. Managing financial documents and maintaining proper filing systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you should have advanced knowledge of Excel and be proficient in using Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Sum, and If Conditions. Working with Excel shortcuts and automation to enhance efficiency will also be expected from you.,
