Job Description: We are looking for a Business Operations Associate Intern to support our placement preparation initiatives, student engagement, data management, and operational processes. This role involves coordinating with students, managing communication channels, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring smooth execution of various engagement and placement-related activities. If you are detail-oriented, proficient in data handling, and passionate about driving operational efficiency, wed love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain WhatsApp groups ensuring daily engagement. Drive participation by running WhatsApp campaigns, interactive activities, and responding to student queries. Identify and nurture Alpha candidatestop-performing students for placement opportunities. Create and share leaderboards, posters, and success stories to boost student motivation. Regularly review and clean up data, removing invalid or duplicate projects to maintain dashboard accuracy by following data analyst (DA) guidelines Connect with students in multiple languages to collect testimonial videos and LinkedIn posts. Conduct pre-interview check-ins to assess readiness and provide additional resources if needed. Gather post-interview feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance support strategies. Review and shortlist candidates for monthly internship opportunities. Evaluate intern projects after submission deadlines. Share accurate internship data with HR for stipend processing and generate and distribute internship completion certificates. Requirements: Any degree (must be completed). Experience: min 6months to 1year Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to student success. Alignment with NxtWave’s vision and culture. Skills Must-Have: Strong understanding of data handling, able to work with large datasets and spreadsheets. Proficiency in Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization.
