Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or relative area with 5+ years experience or 6+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree (high tech company experience preferred) or equivalent military experience required. Experience with SAP ERP. Business acumen that affords you proficiency in business writing and speaking in English if you know other languages, that would be a plus. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Critical thinker with a risk-based approach mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and implement new processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
