Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) located in Mumbai & Indore . The ASM will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing sales strategies, managing dealer/distributor, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting market research. The role also entails training and mentoring dealer/distributors sales staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and reporting sales metrics to senior management. Qualifications Experience in Sales Operations, Territory Management, and Sales Strategy development Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Data analysis and market research skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the home décor or related industry is a plus
