As a Sales/Marketing Representative in the Fintech industry based in Andhra Pradesh, you will leverage your 13 years of experience in B2B/B2C financial products or related sectors to drive growth and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, managing client onboarding and KYC processes, and fostering strong client relationships for repeat business. You will also be tasked with collecting feedback, tracking market trends, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with backend teams for seamless customer service. Your success in this role will be supported by your excellent communication and persuasion skills, coupled with a good understanding of financial services such as loans, UPI, and credit. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, negotiation, objection handling, and local language (if applicable) will be essential. Additionally, your problem-solving abilities and adaptability to field conditions will be crucial for navigating diverse challenges. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field, with an MBA/PGDM being preferred but not mandatory.
