Role & responsibilities Collaborate directly with Finance and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and create impactful dashboards and reports. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and financial reports. Perform advanced data transformation using Power Query (M) from diverse sources. Create and manage optimized data models using best practices (e.g., star schema). Write and maintain complex DAX expressions for calculated measures and logic. Monitor daily data loads and scheduled refreshes to ensure successful execution and data availability. Perform report reconciliation to validate and match report outputs with source systems. Analyze and fix complex existing Power BI reports when data mismatches or logic errors are identified. Maintain and monitor Power BI Gateway for secure and timely data refresh. Perform Power BI Service administration, including workspace and user access management. Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation tasks. Automate routine reporting and business processes using Power Automate. Understand existing databases and data structures to support reporting needs. Leverage basic hands-on experience with HIS systems to better interpret healthcare data. Use SAP data (basic level) for financial reporting and dashboarding when required. Document technical processes, report logic, and data lineage for audit and support.
